A 29-year-old has turned a TikTok side project into a booming $2 million business by teaching Microsoft Excel. She kicked off her ‘Miss Excel’ account in 2020 and quickly got a ton of followers.
While living with her parents and sorting out her student debts, she launched an Excel course on her site. This course began earning more than her day job as a consultant. By early 2021, she fully committed to her business, creating more courses to help people advance their careers. Her big moment was in October 2021, earning $100,000 in one day.
Today, she’s running a successful business, with her boyfriend Mike as CFO and VP of sales since April 2022. And she’s achieving all this working just four hours a day.
